KAi/analytics

Privacy Policy

Dernière mise à jour: 14 October 2026

This notice describes how the personal data of visitors to analytics.kaigrid.ai, the presentation website of KAi/analytics (the "Website"), is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law. We handle data with the utmost care: we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The Italian version of this notice is the binding one.

1. Data controller

The data controller is GRK Interactive S.r.l., with registered office at via Bergognone 27, 20144 Milan (MI), Italy. Tax code and VAT no. 05814140967, registered with the Milan Business Register under no. 05814140967, REA MI-1850299, share capital € 10,000.00 fully paid up. For any matter relating to data protection you can write to [email protected].

2. Data processed

The Website is a showcase: it does not ask you to register. Its only form is the one to request information.

  • Information requests: first and last name, company name, business email, phone, the topic chosen and your message, if you write one; together with the consents you give, with the date and the wording shown. When you submit the form you receive by email a copy of what you filled in, and the same email reaches us: we keep no archive of requests on the Website.
  • Browsing data: to show you the pages, the server receives from your browser your IP address, the page requested, the time and technical information about your browser and device. This data may remain in the server's technical logs, which are needed to run and protect the Website.
  • Preferences in your browser: the language you choose and your cookie choices stay stored in your browser and are not sent to us. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
  • Visit statistics: with KAi/analytics we count anonymously the pages visited and where visits come from; only with your consent do we also collect the data described in the Cookie Policy (device, approximate city, path between pages).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Showing you the Website and protecting it from abuse and attacks — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Counting visits anonymously, to understand how the Website is used — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Answering your information request and, if you ask, arranging a demo or a presentation — pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending you news and offers about KAi/analytics and KAi Grid — only if you choose so in the form, with optional consent you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without it, your request is handled anyway.
  • Full statistics and visit recording — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

4. Signing in to KAi/analytics

The "Sign in" button leads to the KAi/analytics application, which you access with your KAi Grid account. From the moment you sign in, your data is processed by the service, as described in its own privacy notice and governed by the contract with the customer company.

5. Recipients

The Website is hosted on servers of OVHcloud SAS (France), which processes browsing data on our behalf as a processor, bound by a specific agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Form requests travel by email, through the mail service we use for KAi Grid. For the form's anti-bot check the Website uses Cloudflare (through Cloudflare Portugal), with Turnstile, which processes your IP address and technical browser data under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum; apart from this, the Website does not load fonts, scripts or content from third-party services. We do not disclose the data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

6. Where the data is

The Website's data is stored and processed in the European Union, in the data centres of the provider listed in section 5.

7. Retention period

The server's technical logs are kept for the time needed for the security and operation of the Website, then deleted. Information requests are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up the contact, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship arises; consent to news and offers lasts until you withdraw it. Legal obligations and the need to defend legal claims remain unaffected.

8. Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, and portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. No automated decision-making

The Website does not carry out processing involving automated decisions, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

10. Security

The Website can only be reached over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.

11. Cookies and local storage

The Website uses technical tools needed for it to work (language and cookie choices), and statistics tools only with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. The full list, with purposes and duration, is in the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the Website or to the law. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
