This page describes the cookies and other storage tools used by analytics.kaigrid.ai, the presentation website of KAi/analytics, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines of 10 June 2021. The controller is GRK Interactive S.r.l.; its details and your rights are in the Privacy Policy. The Italian version of this page is the binding one.
1. What they are
Cookies and similar tools (the browser's local storage) are small pieces of data that a website saves on your device and reads again on later visits. Technical ones are needed for the website to work and do not require consent; all the others are used only if you accept them.
2. Technical tools (always on)
| Name | Whose | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| kai_lingua | KAi/analytics | Cookie: remembers the language you chose at the bottom of the page | 1 year |
| kai_analytics_consenso | KAi/analytics | Remembers your choices on this page | 6 months, then you are asked again |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare | Anti-bot check of the "Contact" form: it checks that a person, not a program, fills it in. It is not used to profile you | The time it takes to send the form |
3. Statistics
To understand how the website is used and improve it we use KAi/analytics, the product presented on this website. The data goes to analytics.kaigrid.ai, on our servers in the European Union, is not used for advertising and is not passed on to anyone. Visits to this website are counted together with those to the Flow website.
Without your consent: anonymous counts only
If you refuse, or until you choose, we only count anonymously the pages visited and where visits come from. We save nothing on your device: no cookies and no data in the browser storage. The IP address is shortened before being saved (for example 203.0.113.0 instead of 203.0.113.45), and the pages of the same day are grouped with a code that cannot be reconstructed after two days: nobody, not even us, can link one visit to another or to you.
With your consent to «Statistics»
If you choose «Accept all» or turn on «Statistics» in «Customize», we recognise your browser on later visits and also collect: device, approximate city, the path between pages, clicks on the main buttons and technical page errors. When the network you visit from is registered to a company or an organisation, we derive its name, to understand which companies are interested in our products. The full IP address is kept for 7 days, then shortened as above.
| Name | Where | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _kai_v | Cookie | A random code that recognises the browser on later visits, without knowing who you are; valid on all kaigrid.ai sites | 13 months from the first visit, not renewed |
| _kai_v, _kai_vt | Browser storage | Copy of the code and date of the first visit, so as not to extend the expiry | As the cookie |
| _kai_s | Browser storage | Keeps together the pages of the same visit | 30 minutes from the last activity |
| _kai_c | Browser storage | Remembers that you gave consent, to start straight away on the following pages | Until consent is withdrawn |
| _kai_cfg, _kai_rules | Tab storage | Tool settings | Until the tab is closed |
4. Visit recording (only with your consent)
It is a separate consent, off at the start, which also requires statistics. It is not always on: we turn it on only to understand a specific problem, for example when someone tells us that a page does not work. In that case it records the pages, the website's responses and errors. It never records what you type in the fields, nor the screen. Besides the tools in the table above it uses _kai_rec in the tab storage, which lasts at most 12 hours.
The legal basis for full statistics and recording is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw whenever you like: when you withdraw it, the cookie and the data above are deleted from your browser immediately and only anonymous counts remain.
5. How to change your choices
You can give, refuse or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: . Closing the banner with the X is the same as refusing non-technical cookies. You can also clear the site data from your browser settings: in that case you will be asked again on your next visit.
6. Application
After you sign in with the "Sign in" button, the KAi/analytics application uses only the technical tools needed for the session, described in the service's privacy notice.
